End User License Agreement (EUALA)
Scope
The license covers:
- Source code of the publicly available SDKs (Software Development Kits) in various languages.
 - Example code demonstrating how to use the SDKs in various languages.
 - Any other documentation or assets provided by Sixpack.
 
License Grant
SDKs
- The source code of the SDKs is free to use and may be embedded in any type of software.
 - The source code cannot be modified without written agreement from Sixpack.
 - Redistribution is permitted, provided the SDKs are not modified.
 - Attribution to Sixpack is required when the SDKs are used.
 
Other Assets
- All other assets are free to use, may be embedded in any type of software, and can be modified.
 - Attribution to Sixpack is required when the assets are used.
 
Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
- The SDKs and other assets are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.
 - Sixpack shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the SDKs or other assets.
 
Termination
- The license may be revoked in cases of actions that severely harm the business purposes of Sixpack.
 
Updates and Compatibility
- Sixpack will provide updates to the SDKs.
 - Backward compatibility will be maintained for a defined window, after which users must upgrade to ensure continued compatibility.
 
Support
- Paid support is available as per Sixpack’s public plans or specific agreements.
 
Jurisdiction
- This agreement applies worldwide.
